Additionally, it omits regular grains and sugars, making it a great option for individuals looking to reduce their carbohydrate intake or avoid refined sugars.  Our bread consists of the finest ingredients of an organic almond meal, organic coconut flour, organic golden flax seeds, pecans, dates, eggs, butter, buttermilk, and seasonings. Our fresh eggs are from Hillikers Egg Ranch in Lakeside, California. The dates are Medjool Dates from Mirage Date Gardens grown in Coachella Valley, in Southern California. Medjool Dates are a rich and almost caramel-like texture. No chemicals, insecticides, or pesticides are used. The bread is sweetened by the dates.

No preservatives so refrigerate for a week or freeze up to 3 months.
